The Vanderbilt Women's Club Soccer team is a great opportunity for Vanderbilt women who desire to continue playing soccer at a competitive level. Our players share a passion for the game of soccer and playing together as a team, and our focus is on winning soccer games while also having fun with our club soccer family. We are extremely fortunate to have some outstanding volunteer coaches who share their knowledge and expertise with us at every practice and game (and off the field too!).

We play during both the fall and spring semesters, but our competitive league and tournament play is concentrated in the fall. We're in the Northwest Division of the Southeast Collegiate Soccer Alliance and play against other universities in Tennessee and Kentucky, including the University of Kentucky and the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. We have league games almost every weekend in the fall, either at home or at one of these universities. Success in the regular season earns us a spot at Regionals, where we have reached the semi-finals and performed very well against top-level competition. Each year we also look forward to a trip to Nationals in November and continually work towards our goal of winning a national title for Vanderbilt while also having tons of fun, on and off the field.

Our spring season usually consists of an indoor soccer tournament and several friendlies against top programs, such as Alabama or Clemson. More information to come!

Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-7pm and Sundays from 3-5pm (when there isn't a game) in both the fall and the spring seasons. We encourage attendance at all practices, but we also understand that academics take priority. As a competitive team, our roster and playing time is determined by a player's attendance at practice, as well as skill level, dedication, and the needs of the team.
